As the Manor had been abandoned for many years, I ensured that the furniture and ambiance reflected a bygone era, rich with history, yet undisturbed. Quietly weathered by time, it was left to sit in solitude and layers of dust to settle. Capturing this atmosphere and lighting was essential to cultivating a sense of realism and immersion.
I developed and refined my proposals through detailed peer and tutor feedback which emulated stakeholder input. I would communicate with my fellow artists what would be required in the handover when final concepts were signed off and completed, so they could be implemented into the scene.

An overdraw of the main entrance hallway. Following a round of peer feedback, we mutually concluded that the staircase would benefit from additional exploration. A variety of bespoke solutions were explored below citing Celtic Mythology as inspiration for a more informed approach.
